Working with the World Training

The Working with the World training programme helps you learn how to show understanding and respect to people from other cultures. Cultural diversity makes the workplace a more dynamic, vibrant and creative place. But working in a diverse team also brings challenges, especially for team leaders. It can mean communicating in different ways with individuals who have different expectations, needs and values from our own and each other; it can mean adapting to different situations and overcoming misunderstandings and difficulties.

One-day courses
